The project must have a clear revenue model that demonstrates sustainable growth beyond the hype. EcoMarket prioritizes monetization and profitability.
Identified Market & Client Overview
The project must have a clear ICP and a sizable market, solving a real problem through strong demand. EcoMarket seeks entrepreneurial projects that promise to capture a sizable market share.
Storng Token Utility
The token must have a strong utility driven by business revenue/business model, incentives, governance mechanisms, or unique characteristics to ensure its long-term value.

(e.g., computing devices, overseas warehouses) can be divided into small investment units through pass-through securitization, attracting more investors to participate.

Taking government bonds, corporate bonds, commercial paper and other fixed-income instruments as the undrlying, efficient trading and on-schedule payment can be realized through pass-through securitization.

This includes private equity, venture capital fund shares, trust products, etc., in the form of pass-through certificates that allow for smaller amounts of investment with secondary market flows.
Real Estate Pass-through
Mapping the right to rental income or share of property rights of real estate such as commercial office buildings, logistics warehouses and residential apartments into pass-through certificates to realize fragmented holdings and transactions.
Commodity Pass-through
Such as precious metals(gold,silver), energy(crude oil, natural gas) and agricultural products (wheat, corn) and other commodities contracts of the chain pass certificate, to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the circulation.
Protocol Generalized Investment
Pass-through investments for blockchain underlying or middle layer protocols, such as governance tokens for cross-chain protocols and DeFi infrastructure projects, give holders the right to participate in ecological governance and revenue sharing.
