Led fundraising efforts as CFO at ASX-listed Ensogo, securing strategic investment from VIPSHOP (NYSE:VIPS) and raising over A$50m from blue chip institutions like Fidelity, Goldman Sachs and BlackRock.
Ryan Serkis
President & COO
Ryan Serkis, President and Chief Operating Officer, has 16 years of experience in the financial services, retail, and technology industries. He excels at strategy, products, and operations, and is passionate about building world-class teams to deliver large-scale impact and innovation. His previous experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and PayPal, spanning London, Paris, Singapore, and Tokyo. In 2006, he became a wealth advisor, providing investment advice to HSBC in Jersey. He holds an ICA Diploma in International Governance, Risk, and Compliance and a STEP Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering. He also holds multiple investment qualifications, including the CISI Level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advisory and Management, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Tom Tragett
CISO
Tom Tragett is a multiple award-winning cybersecurity professional with over 23 years of experience. He is a former Cybersecurity Advisor at Microsoft and sits on the global Board of Directors for ISACA, in addition to being selected to the World Economic Forum expert network, Forbes Technology Council, and Centre for Information Policy Leadership. Jason holds an official position on the Standing Committee for the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, and is also on the Asia Board for the International Association of Privacy Professionals and an Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy. He holds multiple certifications, such as CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM, CEH, CNDA, and HCISPP, with an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy. Jason was designated as a Westin Emeritus Fellow and has won numerous industry awards, including Business Magazine’s, “Cybersecurity Executive of the Year.” He has consistently earned a spot in IDG’s Annual Top CSO30 List.

CTO
Luke brings with him over 15 years of experience as an executive in IT strategy and cybersecurity. A former CTO of a multinational enterprise software company focused on monitoring, cybersecurity and compliance, he led the organization to win multiple back-to-back industry awards. He is also a former CIO of a multi-strategy asset management company regulated by the HK SFC, and has experience advising international clients such as Baker McKenzie, RBS, Credit Suisse and Honda.
Alena Afanaseva
Group General Counsel
Alena’s passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain led her to establish, lead, and expand the company’s legal function. Chloe handles and oversees all legal matters, from developing corporate structures and negotiating high-profile sponsorship deals to mergers and acquisitions and obtaining licenses. Chloe has over 10 years of experience in the legal field, having served as Legal Counsel at BNP Paribas Asset Management and as an attorney at a US law firm.
David Nguyen
Managing Director
David brings extensive experience in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency. Prior to joining the company, he served as Global Head of Institutional Relationships and Services at Kraken, leading the global sales team and holding a series of senior positions in early-stage, high-growth startups and traditional finance.

Eduardo Ricou is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Market, Retail Banking, and FinTech industry, across China, Hong Kong, and the US. With his technology and cross culture background, he has helped many organizations pioneering, building & managing Technology Centers in China to support the company’s global business growth plan, including Standard Chartered Bank, Nomura Security and Lehman Brothers.
Valery Polhovskiy
Investment Manager
Valery Blondeau is a highly experienced investment professional with nearly 50 active years in the industry. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the Private Client Investment Advice and Management Certificate. In a varied career, he has covered roles in sales, portfolio management, technical investment training and lectured on investment subjects for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators as well as for the Securities Institute. He held senior investment research, managerial and strategic roles within Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Bank.
Oleg Balandin
Compliance Officer
Oleg Balandin graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Wales, Swansea, and began his financial career in banking in 2001. He actively participates in and drives the TSC community. They maintain close communication with users, listening to their opinions and feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product. They also encourage user participation in platform governance to jointly determine the future direction of TSC. They believe that only with full cooperation from users can TSC continue to grow and meet future challenges.

Patrik Leuchte is a senior wealth manager specializing in tailored financial planning and investment solutions. He works closely with his team’s network of professional advisors to provide a first-class service to our international clients. Lloyd previously served as a political advisor in London, Brussels, and Northern Ireland, where he advocated for improvements to the legal and regulatory environment on behalf of the UK financial services and technology industries. Rob Bier also worked with the Jersey Government, helping the jurisdiction change its economic policies and remove barriers to business development. Rob Bier led a project to establish the Jersey Digital Academy, the island’s first dedicated digital skills development center. Rob Bier holds a Diploma in Financial Advice and a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the London School of Banking and Finance, and a degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Bath.

Michel Fraire the company’s founder and chief technology officer is a highly experienced software engineer with extensive experience working at renowned companies such as Google and Dropbox, where he gained extensive experience in distributed systems and blockchain technology. He also possesses extensive experience in financial technology, marketing, and product design. He provides strong support for the project’s strategic planning, marketing, and product optimization.

Mavis Liu joined TEAM in 2020 as an Executive Assistant. She previously held administrative positions at a foreign exchange brokerage firm and has also worked in private banking, asset management, and investment banking. Born in Jersey, she has lived in the UAE, Scotland, and Jordan.
Craig Farley
Software Engineer
He has a strong background in computer science and profound knowledge of blockchain technology, with unique insights into digital currencies and distributed systems. He possesses extensive technical practical experience, including expertise in blockchain development, smart contract writing, finance, and cryptoeconomics, and has demonstrated outstanding capabilities and innovation in past projects. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for blockchain technology drove the creation of TSC.
